Where is my data stored?

FixLog is a local-first app. All data is stored on your device and optionally synced across your Apple devices via your private iCloud account. We never see or store your data.

How do I sync between devices?

If iCloud is enabled on your Apple ID, FixLog automatically syncs your homes, appliances, service records, and reminders across all your devices. No setup required.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings in the app and use the export feature to save your data as PDF or CSV. You can export individual homes or all data at once.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to manage or cancel your FixLog subscription.

How do I delete all my data?

Deleting the app removes all local data. To also remove iCloud data, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage on your device.

Is FixLog available on Android?

FixLog is currently available only on iOS (iPhone and iPad). We do not have plans for an Android version at this time.
